Manage Users

Here, you can manage your access to ReliaBills. Including change your password and email. You can also add additional users.

  1. To add a new user, simply enter their name and email. You can also manage their access to content by assigning a “Role”. ReliaBills currently offers the following options:
    Administrator can log in to the admin console and has access and can make changes to all pages.
    Restricted 1 can log in but does NOT have access to Account Settings.
    Restricted 2 can log in but does NOT have access to Account Settings or Payments.
    Restricted 3 can log in but does NOT have access to Account Settings and the Communications Manager.
    Restricted 4 is View Only. User can log in but does NOT have access to Account Settings and cannot make any changes or send.
  2. When you click the Submit button, the new user will receive an email with complete login details.
